Booty's Street Food has been busy these days. Hot on the heels of announcing their upcoming small plates/craft cocktail expansion Ursa Major in The South Market District's Paramount building next year, the restaurant has also just brought on Rio Mar/Cibugnu alum Octavio Ycaza as their new chef. Former chef Greg Fonseca has since moved to new brunch hub Horn's in the Marigny.
Booty's also dusts off ye old bottle of all-spice dram tonight as they release their new Fall cocktail program, which includes the drink pictured below, Protect Your Snacks, featuring rum, lime, molasses, coconut milk, and TEDDY GRAHAMS.
