Angeline. It's the middle name of chef Alex Harrell's mother, and also the name of the  restaurant he plans to open in the Stella! space (1032 Chartres) in early 2015, Todd Price reports.   Harrell departs Sylvain with no bad feelings. It has apparently been his desire all along to open his own spot. Both Sean McCusker and Robert LeBlanc express nothing but enthusiasm for the chef's new venture, which will feature Southern cuisine with Spanish and Italian influences. It will not be as ritzy or expensive as Stella, which shockingly shuttered this summer, but Harrell intends to create an inviting southern charmer with dishes in the $20 range.

Longtime Sylvain sous Martha Wiggins has already stepped up as executive chef, but no word on who will step in at upcoming expansion Manor On Magazine, which was going to feature Harrell in the kitchen.
