MARIGNY: Alex Woodward reports that former garbage czar Sidney Torres and his neighbor Buffa's will meet once again in court on October 21, following a 60-day arrangement made earlier this summer in which Buffa's agreed to address sound/live music issues that Torres claims exceed the city's sound ordinance.
