Chef Edgar Caro's Uptown tapas favorite, Baru, has just unveiled their brand new Crudo+Bar, a revamp to the restaurant's second floor featuring a streamlined ceviche/crudo bar made from 100 year old sinker cypress, along with a full bar, and coveted balcony seating along Magazine Street. From a press release:
Crudo Bar will offer a little something for everyone: ceviches, tartares, tiraditos, raw vegan preparations, and even charcuterie and cheese plates... diners will be able to order from the full Baru menu...The drink menu will showcase craft cocktails featuring some of the best piscos, tequilas, rums, and cachaças available along with a solid wine list highlighting some of Caro's favorite wines from Spain, Chile, and Argentina.
