Oak Oven, a restaurant specializing in Neapolitan pizza from a wood-burning oven and traditional Italian, is coming to a former Popeye's at 6625 Jefferson Highway in Harahan. Chef Adam Superneau along with partners Thomas Macaluso and John Matassa will open their doors in February, and not only do they plan to source locally, they even have their own farm. [Gambit]
