Here's a glimpse inside MoPho (514 City Park Ave), New Orleans' newest hotspot for pho, slow roasted meats, Louisiana comfort food, po boys and more, courtesy of former August chef Michael Gulotta. MoPho is one of Eater's 50 most anticipated restaurants in the country this year, and one of the coolest revamps the city will likely see from vacant bookstore to culinary hotspot. On Saturday, Gulotta along with brother Jeff and business partner Jeffrey Bybee opened the doors their new venture. The hours are Wednesday to Monday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Here now is a look at the beautiful renovation, and a peek at MoPho's menu, which includes whole fried red fish and pepper jelly braised Cedar Key clams. Enjoy.
