UPTOWN— This Audubon Place pad hit the market this week, making it the second most expensive listing in the city with a $5,250,000 price tag. Have a look around.

BYWATER— Not all coming attractions here are food and booze related. Two artists are pushing for The Philosopher's Library, "a sanctuary for confused, anxious, and worn-out people," to open in their N. Rampart Street building.

MID-CITY— The owners of the dilapidated Dixie Brewery Building had yet another day in court over the battle of the brewery. It's looking like the VA Hospital may get its way, turning the place into the beer-free Dixie Brewery Research Building.
