UPTOWN— This Audubon Place pad hit the market this week, making it the second most expensive listing in the city with a $5,250,000 price tag. Have a look around.

BYWATER— Not all coming attractions here are food and booze related. Two artists are pushing for The Philosopher's Library, "a sanctuary for confused, anxious, and worn-out people," to open in their N. Rampart Street building.
