Abita Brewing is now using solar energy to make beer. Yes, the brewery just unveiled a 340-panel rooftop solar system, with an 84 kilowatt photovoltaic slap to Uranus' evil electricity hogs. It also happens to be one of the state's biggest commercial solar systems. [NOLA.com]
