Professional chef-shuffleboarder Todd A. Price reports that Marcus Woodham is IN as the new executive chef at Tivoli & Lee. Woodham formerly ran the kitchen at Tempt in The Saint Hotel after Michael Stoltfuz peaced-out of Sweet Olive. He also spent years as a sous chef at Patois. He takes over for Mike Nirenberg, who will do his modern Southern cuisine thang at upcoming Fulton Alley.
Expect more bold Southern influences of the revamped Tivoli & Lee menu come October, when "alligator, blood sausage and turtle soup will all make" an appearance, as well as a "serious charcuterie program." Woodham takes over the kitchen on September 30.
