Sante Fe Tapas on St. Charles and city attorneys have almost reached a "new operating agreement" concerning the restaurant's booze license. The last issue to be resolved is that of potential security guards, as attorneys seem to fear that crowds' "unruly behavior" will lead to "dangerous stunt driving on motorcycles" as it did at neighboring (and now defunct) crunk tank Daiquiri Place Cafe.
