Jimmy's Music Club may be reopening and able to sell boozy booze, but as The Advocate points out, they'll "have to rock within bounds" including numerous noise regulations including these: Live music has to end by 2 a.m. The door cannot stay open for more than a minute when music is playing, and there is absolutely no music (in fact, just don't even talk) on the patio.
