Gautreau's Nick Lama, who you may know as Sue Zemanick's "little show pony" thanks to Top Chef Masters, is the winner of Gambit's Emerging Chefs Challenge. Lama took home a trophy and $1,000 prize for his citrus-poached shrimp with jumbo lump crab, mango slaw and lemon grass broth, which you'll now find (made with lobster) on the Gautreau's menu.
