IRISH CHANNEL/GARDEN DISTRICT – Coquette fans, take note: that empty gravel lot next door is the future home to a three-floor retail/residence combo, so if you've always dreamed of being just a hop away, well, it could happen. Check out the plans here.

DOWNTOWN – There's the $70M Woolworth Building project and a $30M renovation about to take place at 210 Baronne, and by the way, the family behind these developments has some, um, federal theft issues to deal with. Will the scent of scandal lure in the tenants?

MARIGNY – Plans for Bamboula's on Frenchmen Street fell through, but the space won't be sitting empty. Looks like a 132-seat 'neighborhood theatre' will be setting up shop, so those afraid of Frenchmen turning into the next Bourbon Street shit-show should be quite pleased.

CBD – Just in case you haven't heard enough about Gatehouse being the chosen ones for the former World Trade Center building, we have more. Check out their foodtruck plans, what restaurants they want to see in the Riverwalk, and just how hip they want the whole thing to be.
