Tujague's owner Mark Latter is planning to open a wine shop with his wife Candace in the Garden District this fall. Robert Morris reports that the duo just got approval from the CPC to open Bin 428 in the former Prince & Pauper furniture store (2801 Magazine Street) on the same block as Starbucks and Coquette.
