Break out the shuffle board because The TP's Todd A. Price reports yet another fresh game of chef shuffles this week: Caleb Cook has departed frozen daiq/late night elevated bar food fave St. Lawrence. Taking over his spot in the kitchen is James Cullen, a Cafe Reconcile alum, who plans to revamp the menu a bit this fall with "more seafood, more Mediterranean flavors and Sunday brunch items," but please don't take away those glorious spring rolls, yo.
No word on why Caleb Cook has departed, but the transition to Cullen as chef actually, quietly, happened about a month ago. Todd A. Price previously reported this week that Michael Gulotta is leaving August, and former Little Gem chef Robert Bruce is now at Mr. John's Steakhouse.
