This quintessential New Orleans greasy spoon is undergoing some changes, legally speaking, and may not be known as the Camellia Grill in the near future. However, the The Camellia Grill by any other name is still the Camellia Grill. Here, Josh Brasted captures the famous neon sign, the longtime waitstaff, and a many a family chowing down on some early evening grub on a lazy Sunday.
