Scary clown midgets, manicures, and a unicorn ice sculpture were a few highlights of last night's Absolut welcome reception at Tales, reports Chelsea Brasted: "To be perfectly honest, the whole smorgasbord of Absolut-inspired madness reminded me of a frat party I went to in college in which every room was themed for one of the seven deadly sins.
