Watch John Besh on Bizzare Foods America

Here's a video of John Besh bringing ducks from farm to table on last night's episode of Bizarre Foods America. After Besh and Andrew Zimmern visit Chappapeela Farms and Chicken Man Chris Meredith's processing facility, the duo retreats to La Provence to fire up some slow roasted duck that's also been salted for a day and blanched in cane syrup, showing the true process of keeping it real, and real local.
