Gene Todara, owner of Gene's Bar and Theater in the former Le Chat Noir space, is currently seeking city approval to add a restaurant kitchen to the mix. Chris Waddington reports "the changes aren't expected to reduce seating in the theater, but will dramatically reduce the backstage areas used by performers."
