Milkfish, the popular Filipino pop up, is moving out of Who Dat Coffee Shop and hoping to go brick-and-mortar soon. While owner/chef Cristina Quackenbush looks for a permanent spot, she'll operate Milkfish out of a Mano on Sundays only, noon to 10 p.m. Good to see the Adolfo Garcia camp still supporting her, as Quackenbush is a High Hat/Rio Mar FOH alum.
