Here's a peek at the Lucky Rooster, opening this evening at 5:30 p.m. in the CBD. Gossip around the hen house says the rooster's decor is totally enviable with stunning and fun Flavor Paper, a handsome stuffed cock, and vintage movie posters. The colorful and casual new Asian street food restaurant is in full New Orleans feng shui mode, with a doorway that leads straight to the bar (obviously, the rooster knows its priorities). There's lots of natural light, fresh flowers, and quirky lighting adding to the fresh, laid back vibe of the dining area. Plus, their logo is pretty bad ass. Just check out those talons.
