Leo Smith of the Bourbon House has won the title of New Orleans best oyster shucker. At this past weekend's Oyster Fest, Smith shucked 19 oysters in two minutes for the win. Jim Derry of the Advocate reports that in a normal week, Smith will shuck an average of 2,000 oysters per day. [Advocate]
