Booze whisperer Anne Berry reports tons of cocktail news happening all over town this week, from the inaugural, exotic and tropical drinks menu over at Filipino pop-up Milkfish to the must-try beverages at Tiki Tolteca in Felipe's, including this doozy: "Escorpion Punch is a lavish pour of tequila and mezcal in a clay cazuela (meant to be sipped through straws), at the center of which is a volcano-shaped cone of ice that's flamed tableside."
