The Gambit reports that chef Michale Stoltzfus' much talked-about chicken and champagne dinner (happening next Tuesday, July 25) is actually the start of Coquette's dinner series, on the last Tuesday of each month. UPTOWN? Chef Dominique Macquet will kick off a three day celebration of Peruvian ceviche with specialty ceviche dishes and Portón cocktails created by guest bartenders on June 27th, 5:30-9:30.
