Ian McNulty reports that new Vietnamese joint Pho Bistreaux (in the former Juicy D's on Carrollton) is home to some very unconventional menu items. Among traditional dishes, McNulty reports that the restaurant also ventures into new territory with bao sliders, fried eggrolls wrapped in spring rolls, and banh mi tacos, yes, banh mi served with soft flour tortillas rather than French bread.
