Ian McNulty reports that Brisbi's Lakefront Restaurant & Bar is officially opening this evening, Wednesday, June 19, on Lakeshore Drive (near Landry's, dawlin'). Brisbi's has already been open serving drinks (menu created by supermixologist Daniel Victory), but now it's Chef David DeFelice's turn to show off seafood galore. The restaurant boasts great views, "a stand-up oyster bar," and "garage doors that can open to connect the dining room to the covered deck." [Gambit]
