In anticipation of American Craft Beer Week (May 12-18), the TP's booze whisperer Todd A. Price talks to NOLA Brewing prez Kirk Coco, and looks at how the local craft beer scene is changing. By the end of 2013, Louisiana could have 10 craft breweries (we now have six). "We're still not Seattle or San Diego," Coco says, "but we've probably grown 10 years in the last four years."
