NOLA? Starting on Monday, June 3, Commander's Palace, SoBou, and Café Adelaide will launch "Happier Hour" to give libation-lovers a break on the old wallet. At Commander's Palace, $20 will get you two appetizers and a cocktail for during the first hour of dinner service daily.
