John Besh has officially announced his rumored third cookbook, to be called Cooking from the Heart: My Favorite Lessons Learned Along the Way, due out on October 29. With 375 photographs, 40 recipes, and chapters that take a glimpse at Besh's time in France and lessons learned from chefs Chris Kerigeorgiou and Alain Assaud, the book is sure to learn you good.
