Robert Morris reports that Jimmy's Music Club's appeal to get a booze liscense has been rejected by all five members of the Alcohol Beverage Control board. Jimmy Anselmo has been trying to reopen the legendary Jimmy's Music Club with a new liquor license, but his application has been denied due to a moratorium on new liquor licenses in the Carrollton area and the fact that it was once The Frat House, an infamous nuisance bar. Anselmo must now go to City Council or to court if he wants to appeal the moratorium. [UptownMessenger]
