Gwen Thompkins, NPR alum/host of WWNO's Music Inside Out, isn't a full vegetarian, but she tell Susan Langenhennig that the tofu sandwich at Cake Cafe is one of her favorite recent meals: "The tofu comes sesame-crusted and flash fried, with pesto, roasted tomatoes and thinly sliced cucumber.
