New Mixologist at Grand Isle; Post Festin' McNulty-Style

CBD? Grand Isle has a new head mixologist Eric Dahm, a new resident of NOLA via San Fran, and with Dahm comes a slew of new craft cocktails that range from $9 - $12, but the restaurant has a happy hour on Thursday's, with all "specialty cocktails" half off from 4-7 p.m. [Eaterwire]

UPTOWN? WWL-TV anchorman Eric Paulsen will team up with mixologist Sean Thibodaux on Wednesday May 15 for the second in chef Dominique Macquet's series of fund-raising cocktail experiences at his new restaurant Dominique's on Magazine.
