Harrah's is launching a wine dinner series at Besh Steak, beginning with a dinner featuring the wines of Trinchero Napa Valley this Thursday, May 16 at 6 p.m. The series will take place on the third Thursday of every month through the end of the year, with chef Todd Pulsinelli offering a four-course menu and a featured wine. $75/person. LOUISIANA—; The TP reports that the first Louisiana seafood to carry the new Certified Authentic Louisiana Wild Seafood label is a Vermilion Bay Sweet White Shrimp gumbo pack. The certification in hopes it will spur business for Louisiana products. [NOLA.com]
