Susan Langenhennig reports that 85-year-old Metairie seafood restaurant Bozo's is currently closed due to an eviction notice and/or plumbing issues. Original owner Chris "Bozo" Vodanovich's family still own the building that houses the restaurant, which was sold to Mark Fayard and Susan S. Martinsen in 2008. The family recently served the duo an eviction notice over unpaid rent, but Fayard tells Miss L that the restaurant is actually closed due to plumbing issues. [NOLA.com]
