An unfortunate and fake review of the North Shore Mexi-chain restaurant La Carreta, which appeared in an April Fool's edition of Mandeville High School's paper, has gone viral and caused widespread rumors concerning the restaurant's salubrity. The hoax article, which has resulted in dozens of calls from concerned patrons, quotes a made-up health inspector that states the restaurant "was caught on camera recycling customers' leftover food and serving months-old queso dip."
