Ba Chi Canteen is Taking Reservations for Soft Opening

Ba Chi Canteen has signage up, theobligatory sexy food porn posted online (marinated quail, anyone?), and a dining room all gussied up, and now according to the Facebook, they're ready to open. Located in the former Figaro's across from Satsuma Maple, the new casual Vietnamese restaurant from the Tan Dinh team is now taking reservations for lunch and dinner seatings for next week, April 15-20. Pho and banh mi fanatics can make reservations at (504) 373-5628. Apparently they're also going to take 15% off your entire tab when you do so.

Friday, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 5:30 to 11 p.m.
