Open for about a week now, NOLA native/owner Betsy Foster Matthews is turning out tasty treats from vegan Indian curry pot pies to the "Elvis," a pie with chocolate crust, peanut butter and banana filling and crumbled bacon on top, which McNulty notes, "might have been excessive if it weren't a tribute to the King."
