The April issue of Saveur is devoted entirely to New Orleans' culinary heritage and iconic restaurants, and the magazine has also just released a series of videos to further the NOLA love. The videos feature Dot Domilise and her family's famous oyster po' boys, Brennan's/Commander's Palace matriarch Ella Brennan and family discussing their history, a visit to the waterways of Plaquemines Parish, and this look at Brennan's kitchen during the breakfast rush. Given the expediter in his magic glove with the "bookoo chicken/drop it like it's hot/give it to Tyrone/aight aight" swag, Eater kind of wishes Saveur would ditch the jazz background music and do a bounce remix of this hotness.
