Chris Smedley, chef/owner of Borracho in Kajun's Pub, the brand new weenie-centric pop up from the former Rambla chef that will blow your mind, has come up with a mighty special for all you burgerphiles... It's a half pound patty of Two Run Farms chuck and short rib topped with onion conserva, Nueske's bacon and a foie gras emulsion. Available with fries all week at Borracho in Kajun's Pub.
