Buried way down in Susan Langenhennig's post-FQF-dining listicle is one huge reveal for the Cure Co.'s latest operation: Perestroika at Pravda will cease to exist come June, at which point it will transform into the rum-centric bar/restaurant, Cane and Table.
Sounds like it won't take too long for the Cure fellas to finish de-Ruskifying the place either, since Cane and Table is set to reopen in "the summer" as well. The bar will still be run by rum-maniac/mixologist Nick Detrich and chef Adam Biderman, but obviously the cocktail and food menu will be vastly different.
Biderman tells the Times-Pic:
If you draw a circle around Cuba and the Caribbean, and loop down to Trinidad and Tobago and pretty much any place that produces rum-based spirits, that's the influence we're drawing from.
