My Spilt Milk's Alex Rawls writes that the new space makes perfect sense for the restaurant, with indoor/outdoor eating area like the Freret Street flagship, plus the added bonus of heavy foot traffic. Dat Dog co-owner, yes, The Dogfather Constantine Georges tells Rawls, "I really believe that if you're going to come to New Orleans to eat food, you can add the best hot dog in America [to your list]."
