Bronwen Wyatt, one of New Orleans finest dessert specialists, is nominated for Food & Wine's central region "People's Best New Pastry Chef" award. Her "quintessential" dessert? Grilled vanilla bean panna cotta with satsuma sorbet and pistachio brittle. Wyatt is up against pastry chefs from Austin, Chicago, Houston, and more Centrally located cities. Voting starts today, and polls will close April 8th.
