Hammond high swept the Culinary Arts competition for the sixth year in a row, and Rayne took the Restaurant Management division for the fourth year in a row at the competition in Kenner this week.

WAREHOUSE DISTRICT? The Friends in Need Foundation is hosting a benefit tomorrow night, March 9 from 7 to 11 p.m. at Generations Hall. All proceeds will go to help Richard Engh, who suffered a severe brain injury two years ago, receive vital medical treatments.
