The quasi Grand Dame and Oktoberfest destination Broussard's in the Quarter has been sold, but is still open for business. An Eater tipster says they were perusing NOLA.com last night, when they stumbled upon a story about Evelyn and Gunter Preuss selling Broussard's late last week, but the page is not found when clicked upon, lost somewhere in the internet ether:
A call to Broussard's verifies the restaurant has indeed been sold, though the person wouldn't divulge details. The restaurant is now open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner.
If you know anything about Broussard's, or have other hot tips, please hit us up at nola@eater.com. As always, tipsters remain anonymous and tips are greatly appreciated.
