The Windsor Court Hotel has a new head mixologist, Ryan Asay, who will oversee both the Cocktail Bar and Polo Club Lounge. Asay worked in Andy Ricker's Pok Pok and Ping Restaurants in Portland, and also tended at Borgne before joining the Windsor Court Hotel team as a bartender in early 2012. [WhereYat]
