Kajun's Pubon St. Claude is now home to a killer pop up: Borracho serves globally-influenced/housemade sausages like Mergeuz and bratwurst out of Kajun's new kitchen and delivers to the Bywater, Marigny and Quarter (5pm to 1 am). It's pretty forward thinking food for a karaoke dive bar (click the menu to the right to see) run by Chris Smedley, the former head of kitchen at Restaurant Rambla.
