St. Joseph's Day is tomorrow, March 19, and NoDef's Elaina Patton reports that a small Metairie bakery Angelo's "have been working for three weeks in preparation for the upcoming day of altars." For the past 50 years, Angelo's has sold so many baked goods to churches and homes for altars, proprietor Lisa Seaward says, "It's like asking a bakery how many king cakes they do for Mardi Gras. It's too many to count." [NOLADefender]
