A legal fight over snoball names and trademarks involving SnoWizard, which other snoball makers accuse of patent-infringement and trying to trademark snoball flavor names (among other things) is wrappin up in federal court in New Orleans. It's been decided that popular flavors including hurricane, buttercream, buttered popcorn, dill pickle (ew), cookie dough, and others are too generic for even a wizard of snow to trademark.
