2013 is going to be an Epic Year for Chef and Restaurant Cookbooks. Eater has a preview of 57 forthcoming titles, including John Besh's upcoming Cooking From the Heart due out in the Fall. This will be the third cookbook for Besh, and though details are short, it sounds like the emphasis is on love, not molecular gastronomy. [-EN-]
