The Mellow Mushroom's Signage Has Been Legalized

This is the new signage for The Mellow Mushroom, opening on Oak Street in early March, and it's totally legal, dudes. After one of the restaurant's Facebook friends noted that "Mellow Mushroom gets to have neon and Juicy D's doesn't? hmmm," referring to the steamed burger joint's rather illegal use of neons last summer, The Mellow Mushroom was quick to point out that: "We aren't completely sure what happened with Juicy D's and their signage... We went through all of the appropriate channels with the neighborhood and city before we started fabrication." Which in shroom speak basically means legalize it... don't criticize it.
